About Thrive Lifestyle

Practical, evidence-first guides to living with fewer questionable chemicals and less noise about it.

The non-toxic world has a signal problem. Half of what you read is marketing dressed up as science, and the other half wants you to believe your frying pan is trying to kill you. Somewhere in between is the boring truth: some swaps genuinely matter, most don't, and the dose usually decides which is which.

That middle ground is where we live. We read the studies, the lab reports, the recall notices, the lawsuits, and the fine print on certifications, then tell you plainly what holds up and what is greenwashing. When the honest answer is "this is overblown, keep your money," we say that. When the honest answer is "this one is worth replacing," we say that too, and we try to point at the least expensive way to do it.

How we work

We don't run a lab. Our guides synthesize published testing and research from sources like Consumer Reports, academic journals, the FDA and EPA, and independent testing groups, and we name our sources in the text so you can check our work. Where the evidence is thin or contested, we tell you that instead of pretending certainty.

A few rules we hold ourselves to:
